California Pay Data Reporting

A new version of the California Pay Data Reporting Portal is now available effective 7/7/21. The portal and user guide have been updated. Please review the user guide for instructions on using the new version of the portal.

California employers of 100 or more employees must report pay and hours-worked data by establishment, job
category, sex, race, and ethnicity to the Department of Fair Employment and Housing (DFEH) by March 31, 2021 and
annually thereafter. This reporting is required under Government Code section 12999 enacted in SB 973.
