The office is also in walking distance from the Elk Grove Amtrak connector bus stop on Harbour Point Drive. Bicycle racks are available.

    The building is conveniently located in Downtown Los Angeles, directly across the street from the MTA Pershing Square Red Line Station. It is one subway stop from the Civic Center and 7th Street Metro, and two stops from Union Station. It is easily reached by rail, subway, or bus, and parking lots surround the area. Some parking lots have attendants, and some have pay boxes. Follow the instructions on the pay box of the lot. Office management also has a list of lots. There are bicycle racks at the building.
