Public Accommodations Complaint Process

The process for filing a public accommodations complaint under the Unruh Civil Rights Act is basically the same as employment with two exceptions:

• The complaint is not filed with a federal agency.
• You must complete the Unruh Pre-Complaint Questionnaire (DFEH-600-02) English or (DFEH-600-02S) Spanish.
